Georgia E-Access routes Superior users to PeachCourt rather than to one free statewide search. We built this private reference resource to make those official routes, addresses, and phone contacts easier to distinguish.

Why We Built This Site

Georgia law provides access to many public court records, yet locating the correct custodian can be harder than describing the record. Lisa D. Akey, Clerk of Superior Court, keeps Taylor Superior civil and criminal files. Probate, Magistrate, Juvenile, and municipal matters follow other routes. PeachCourt supplies account-based Superior access, while the clerk remains the official record keeper. Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
